The Loving Hearts Humane Services Clinic offers low-cost programs and services to aid underserved communities and abandoned cats and dogs in need throughout Southeast Texas as part of our mission to end animal neglect, suffering and homelessness. Together, with your generosity and support, we can make a difference.

Spay and Neuter Program
Support our mission to end animal homelessness.
Contribute to our Spay and Neuter Program and support our organization’s mission to decrease the number of abandoned kittens and puppies entering shelters. Our Humane Services Clinic provides low-fee services to aid in decreasing the number of unwanted pet pregnancies due to the prohibitive cost to spay and neuter by low-income communities within our service area.
Emergency Medical Fund
Help us provide life-saving medical services for animals in need.
Contribute to our Emergency Medical Fund and enable our organization to provide financial aid and treatment for injured, sick, and special needs homeless cats and dogs in our service area. All donations received will be restricted and used solely for the purpose of providing essential life-saving care and treatment of rescue animals in need.
